Licensed Arizona Bail Bond Agency

About One Stop Bail Bonds, LLC

A Phoenix bail bond agency built on one promise: tell families the truth, answer the phone every time, and get people home.

Who We Are

One Stop Bail Bonds, LLC is a locally owned Arizona bail bond agency based in Phoenix and licensed by the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions. We write bonds for every Maricopa County jail and every Valley city holding facility, from a $500 misdemeanor warrant to six-figure felony bonds secured by real estate.

The name is the mission. Families in crisis should not have to call three agencies to find one that answers, understands the 4th Avenue Jail, can take an e-signature from out of state, offers a legal payment plan, and will say plainly when a bond is not possible. One call, one agency, done right.

How We Operate

  • Licensed and compliant. Every agent is licensed. Premiums follow filed surety rates. No interest, no hidden fees, no solicitation at the jail.
  • Available. A licensed agent answers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Bail is set around the clock in Maricopa County and we post around the clock.
  • Honest about holds. If a probation hold, immigration detainer or cash-only order means a bond will not produce a release, we tell you before you pay.
  • Respectful. An arrest is one of the worst days in a family's life. We treat every caller the way we would want our own family treated.
  • Local. We know the 4th Avenue Bond and Fine Room, the Durango complex release process, and the city facilities across the Valley.

Licensing and Regulation

Bail bond agents in Arizona are licensed and regulated by the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions under Title 20 of the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Arizona Administrative Code. Agents must charge the premium rates filed by their surety, post those rates at their place of business, and may not charge interest under the bail license. You can verify any agent's license through the Department. We will provide our license information to anyone who asks.

What We Are Not

We are not attorneys and we do not give legal advice. We do not solicit at the jail, courthouse or by text message. We do not promise to 'negotiate' bail; only a judge can change it. We encourage every client to speak with a criminal defense attorney about their case.

Common Questions

How do I choose a bail bondsman in Phoenix?

Confirm the agent is licensed by the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions, ask for the premium rate in writing, make sure every fee is disclosed before you sign, avoid anyone who solicits you at the jail or promises to 'negotiate' bail, and choose an agency that answers its own phone 24 hours a day.

How do I avoid bail bond scams?

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office never requests bond payment by phone, text, email or payment app. Neither does any court. Deal only with a licensed agent, get everything in writing, never pay a 'release fee' to a stranger, and never wire money or buy gift cards to free someone from jail.

Someone you love is in jail. Let’s get them home.

Licensed Phoenix bail bond agents answer 24 hours a day. Most bonds start with one phone call and a few signatures.
